Omega-3’s: Oily fish are often considered the best source of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. These fish provide so much omega-3 because they mainly feed on algae. This is why we “skipped the middle fish” and went straight to algae, the true source of omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, for our capsules.

We rounded out Omega+ Blend with omega 7 and omega 9 from sea buckthorn berries and safflower seed oils, so you get a broad spectrum of omegas in every vegan capsule. We didn’t just stop with omegas. The “plus” in Omega+ Blend comes from the added vitamin D sourced from algae, zinc, lutein sourced from marigold flowers and Lycopene sourced from tomatoes.
